- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We would never rent another property managed by The Brokerage. Beware. They did not answer the phone, they did not return messages, they did not respond to emails. Our biggest issue was trying to get the deposit back. We called many times and left detailed voice mail requests and never received any responses. They would not extend the courtesy of doing a final walk-through with us. Over five weeks after moving out we are still waiting for resolution.By Anna Marie Hauser, July 15, 2017
