  Rooftop manages our properties in Pocatello and we couldn't be happier. This is a huge change from the service we received from another local company that I won't mention by name, but you can probably find my review on them. Here are a few things that have changed for us, that we love. Repairs are done very well and we are charged a fair rate from their handyman, we don't get bills for repairs that were never done, they are responsive to our tenants and any issues they may be having, they are responsive to us and particularly my wife & don't talk down to her, we spend less time worrying about our properties and who's hands they are in, our properties are never empty for long, they have a fair and honest pricing structure, and lastly they do what they say they will.

  my husband and I and our 4 kids. Have rented with rooftop for 3 years now. They are a great company to rent from They are very personable and they give you that warm welcome feeling. We've had great help from Jan or Janet? Sweet lady we feel right at home with the people. if we ever rent from any place again it will be them always.

  They scheduled an appointment for a tour, rented the house out before the tour, then didn't bother to tell us that they'd rented the house. Really inconsiderate.
